By now all participating athletes should have received an email with event information and Duty Roster. Please ensure you have read all information.

Williamstown’s marquee will be in the first 2 shade sails next to the Pavillion.

For those driving to the event Ferry Reserve opposite our track will be used for carparking, The rear pedestrian gate accessed from the skate park will also be open if you are walking or bike riding and will bring you in just behind our marquee position.

We will have officials setting up from 4pm on Friday, anyone able to lend any assistance with event set up would be greatly appreciated, this would be in addition to your rostered duties on Saturday and Sunday.

There will be BBQ and Canteen available on both days with plenty of bacon and egg rolls for brekkie and sausages and burgers for lunch.

Please see Team Managers Laura and Paul on the day to marshall for all events 10 minutes before report time to call room and ensure you leave adequate time on your arrival.
